يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف وكافة البطاقات.

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التالفة أو المستخدمة.

إرسال رقم الطلب وصورة للمنتج.

الرسوم:

الاستبدال والاسترجاع مجاني تمامًا.

الاسترجاع المالي:

يتم إعادة المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.

ملاحظات:

لا نقدم منتجات مصممة حسب الطلب.

يحتفظ المتجر بحقه في رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي الشروط.

في حال كان الخطأ من المتجر، نتحمل كامل المسؤولية.
